This figure represents a typical US Fighter Pilot from the late 90’s onward and is typical for crews assigned to F-16 and F-15 squadrons. She is wearing the standard US Nomex flight suit of the CWU27/P type under her gear and the survival vest is of the SRU21/P type. This carries emergency survival aids such as drinking water, snake bite serum, medical kits etc. It is made of green nylon and the pockets are typically a cloth Nomex though nylon types exist. Her anti G-Suit is of the CSU-46/B/P variety and has pockets in the lower shin area of the leg. The hose connects directly to the aircrafts air supply for compression. She is carrying a lightweight Kevlar HGU-55/P flight helmet in which is stored a MBU-12/P oxygen mask. The mask has a grey leather outer edging and grey leather visor cover which is typically not removed until seated in the aircraft. The shell of the helmet is also grey and she wears sage green Nomex gloves and her boots are of the DMS ankle type in black leather.
